Welcome To Fitzroy Minerals
Fitzroy Minerals Inc (TSXV: FTZ | OTCQX: FTZFF | FSE: C3Y) is a copper explorer and developer advancing a portfolio of shallow, commercial grade projects in Chile — chosen for grade, simple metallurgy and genuine infrastructure advantages.
Our flagship, Buen Retiro, is a near-term heap-leach opportunity in Chile’s Atacama copper belt, with a potential path to production in 2028.

About US
Focused on Advancing Copper Discoveries in Chile
Fitzroy Minerals Inc (TSXV: FTZ | OTCQX: FTZFF | FSE: C3Y) is a Chile-focused copper exploration and development company advancing a portfolio of projects with the potential to generate value through discovery, development and future production. The Company targets opportunities with shallow mineralization, attractive grades, practical processing potential and access to established infrastructure, while gold, silver and other valuable metals may provide additional economic upside.

Fitzroy’s strategy is centred on two complementary copper assets. Buen Retiro offers a potential near-term development pathway supported by extensive drilling, shallow oxide mineralization, existing infrastructure and a strategic relationship with established Chilean copper producer Pucobre. The 100%-owned Caballos Project provides large-scale discovery potential, with known copper-molybdenum-gold mineralization, extensive geophysical anomalies and more than 14 kilometres of prospective ground along the Pocuro Fault Zone. Together, these projects provide Fitzroy with multiple paths to value creation in one of the world’s premier copper-producing jurisdictions.
Chile, South America
Chile produced 5.3 Mt of copper in 2025, representing approximately 23% of global mine supply, while copper mining accounts for roughly 10–14% of Chile’s GDP and copper represents about 80% of the country’s mineral exports.

Fitzroy Minerals is building exposure to copper through two projects in Chile — combining near-term development potential at Buen Retiro with large-scale discovery upside at Caballos.
While new copper mines take years to discover, permit, finance and build, Fitzroy’s objective is to be in 2028 production.
Copper isn’t simply another commodity
The world wants to electrify. Electrification requires copper.

Buen Retiro
Fitzroy Minerals Inc. (TSXV: FTZ | OTCQX: FTZFF | FSE: C3Y) — Buen Retiro Copper Project, Chile
Buen Retiro combines scale, extensive drilling, historic production, established infrastructure and proximity to one of Chile’s premier copper districts. Fitzroy is now working to convert that exploration foundation into a defined mineral resource and development plan, with a near-term focus on potentially leachable copper while continuing to evaluate the project’s broader IOCG sulphide opportunity.

Caballos
Fitzroy Minerals Inc. (TSXV: FTZ | OTCQX: FTZFF | FSE: C3Y) — Caballos Copper Project, Chile
The 100%-owned Caballos Copper Project is a large-scale copper-molybdenum-gold-rhenium porphyry exploration opportunity located within one of Chile’s most productive copper corridors. The project comprises 18,000 hectares of strategic mineral licences and extends across more than 14 kilometres of the Pocuro Fault Zone, approximately 80 kilometres south of Los Pelambres and 100 kilometres north of Los Bronces—two of the world’s major porphyry copper deposits.

Global copper reserves
Global copper reserves are estimated at approximately one billion tonnes, with more than half concentrated in just five countries: Chile, Australia, Peru, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Russia. Chile leads the world with approximately 180 million tonnes – about 18% of global reserves and is home to Escondida and Collahuasi, two of the world’s largest copper-mining operations.
